     Our firm assists clients in drafting a Will to meet their particular needs.  We also assist clients in preparing trusts, power of attorney and health care proxies.   In addition, we assist clients with Probate Court in assisting them with filing a Will and Petition for the purpose of settling estates.  We also assist clients in seeking guardianships and adoptions through Surrogate Court. Our firm has represented children and the disabled to protect their rights in Surrogate Court.
