Our firm handles matters of divorce, separation, settlement agreements and collabrative law. In representing clients in these areas our firm is highly sensitive to family values, children concerns, and strive to avoid increasing tension where there already exist too much. We strive to assist our clients in these areas in preparing divorce packages that address all aspects of their marital situation and their future endeavors. We assist clients in settlement of the marital estate in drafting both the divorce package and settlement agreement that is fair and just for all family members.
Our firm is also practicing in the area of Collabrative Law (see our bio under Collabrative Law Practicioners). Collabrative Law is the practice of representing a client in an non-litigious setting. It involves informal meetings with the parties and their attorneys in arriving at a fair and just resolution to their matter while avoiding the unpleasant and adversarial setting of the court. Clients are able to discuss their needs, concerns and desires in a informal meeting whereby they communicate in a civil manner.
